Designated swimming area, day dock with 15-minute docking access and dock post mooring available through lottery or availability. The community also has amenities including 2 bath houses (one is heated during the Winter months), a horseshoe pit, playground for the kiddos, basketball court, trailer and boat storage, laundry (seasonal), onsite waste disposal, car/boat rinse station and access to the rail trail. All of this for a fee of $157 quarterly! Usage of property is 11 months out of the year and is closed from the 2nd Tuesday in March for 30 days reopening on a Thursday in April. Year round water at this home. Winnisquam Beach Resort allows you to rent your property making this very desirable to have extra income when not in use. Sorry no pets allowed.
