There is ample storage in kitchen that includes a lazy Susan and pull-out spice rack. Kitchen and livingroom floors are Oak hardwood. Just off kitchen is a large bathroom with new flooring and drywall. Currently it has the indoor composting Separette toilet, which is one of the most advanced and trouble-free composting toilets available. The shower is located outside and uses an On-Demand Propane water heater. Third room is the bedroom with a sliding glass door leading to the side lanai bringing in natural light and beautiful views of the yard. The closet has some shelves for additional storage and flooring is bamboo. Comes partially furnished. An Inventory list will be provided.
